Cheyenne Civic Center Rules
To ensure the safety of all patrons and guests, Cheyenne Civic Center have created the following code of conduct and policy guidelines. Please review and follow the rules and policies below as failure to abide by them may result in expulsion from the venue without refund.

Accessibility Policy
Cheyenne Civic Center provides several ADA-compliant accommodations to guests and audiences in need. These include wheelchair seating on the main level behind orchestra seating and in front of the loge section.
Hearing assistance may be available for most shows as well. For any further assistance or to check on any specifics including service animals, please call 307-637-6363 at least two weeks before your ticketed event.
Arrival Policy
Showtimes start promptly at the time listed on your ticket. If a guest arrives late, they may be asked to wait in the lobby until an appropriate break period or during intermission. For certain shows, there may be no intermission period.
To avoid frustration, please make sure you arrive no later than 30 minutes before the show’s ticketed start time.
Bag Policy
Large bags are not allowed in the venue. All bags (camera bags, purses, backpacks, etc) are subject to search upon entering Cheyenne Civic Center.
Please have your bag ready for search before entering entrance doors to accelerate the process.
Camera Policy
Cameras are not allowed in the theatre without prior written consent. If a specific show or event allows cameras, then it will be detailed in the event or program guide.
Cancellation Policy
If an event is canceled due to inclement weather or artist cancellation, then ticket holders will be informed as soon as possible through media and the website. Please contact the venue at 307-637-6363 to ask about refunds or postponements.
Food and Beverage Policy
Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the venue. There will be concessions stands for refreshments before the show and during intermission.
Lost and Found
If you lost an item at the venue, please check in with security for help with finding Cheyenne Civic Center’s lost and found department. After the show, please call 307-637-6363to to inquire about your missing item. Please provide full contact information and detailed information about your lost property.
Cheyenne Civic Center does not claim responsibility for lost or missing items.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed in the venue.
- Alcoholic beverages
- Backpacks or any bag larger than 18″ x 18″ x 4″
- Balloons and beach balls
- Coolers
- Drones or any type of radio-controlled flying device
- Fireworks
- Folding chairs
- Glass or can containers
- Grills
- Illegal drugs and substances
- Noisemakers or horns
- Umbrellas
- Weapons of any kind
- Any items which pose a safety hazard or can diminish the enjoyment of the event by other guests.

Re-Entry Policy
There is no re-entry policy for Cheyenne Civic Center. All exits are final.
Refunds Policy
There are no refunds available for any Cheyenne Civic Center event unless otherwise specified by Cheyenne Civic Center management. If an event is canceled or postponed then you can call 307-637-6363 to discuss postponing your ticket to the new date or receiving a refund.
Smoking Policy
Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaporizers, is not permitted within the venue. Please ask the event staff if there is a designated smoking section for your ticketed show or event.
